I discovered this work when searching for solutions to a persistent back problem that was not getting resolved despite my dedication to daily yoga postures, all sorts of functional fitness and exercise, and skilled bodywork from various practitioners. Yamuna Breath Work has had the most impact of any of the other tools I use. It quickly became part of my daily practice.
