Practice Together

There are things we can only discover alone.

There are things that become possible in relationship with another, in the intimacy and potency of two people practicing together.

When a group comes together with shared intention, something shifts. We are no longer relying on individual willpower alone. The presence, attention, and commitment of the group create a field that can strengthen and sustain each person within it.

In yoga, this is known as sangha—the community that supports our practice and our lives.

This is why group practice at PranaBeing is not simply a class placed on a schedule, waiting to see who shows up.

A group practice begins with a shared commitment to gather. When enough people make that commitment, the practice comes alive—and then the circle is open to everyone who wishes to join.

The result is not simply a class you attend. It is a practice we create together.

Some practices ask us to turn inward alone. Others call for the intimacy of one-to-one work. Some become exponentially more powerful when we practice alongside one another, whether in physical presence or within the container of a shared exploration.

Each has its place. Together, they give us a fuller way to practice and enrich the tapestry of our lives.

Practice in Context

Practice is not a product to consume.

It is a relationship—with yourself, with the tools and teachings, with the world around you, and with the people you practice alongside.

At PranaBeing, I don't think of yoga as a collection of styles or classes to choose from according to your mood or convenience.

Any practice is content. The context is the individual. The content must be applied in context.
— Indu Arora

What we practice—and how we practice it—changes according to who we are, what is happening in our lives, the season, the time of day, and the place in which we find ourselves.

This is why PranaBeing's offerings are organized less around styles and more around rhythm, context, and depth.

Choose the rhythm and depth that feels right for you in the changing seasons of your life:
