The power of Yoga Nidra comes alive when we learn how to source and activate intention from the deepest level of our being. This practice series includes a short, self-paced workshop to give you a handle on working with intention during the 40 days so you can use the practice not only to restore your body and mind, but to shape and create your life from the power of your soul.

The purpose of all practice series facilitated by PranaBeing is to ignite and fan the flame of transformative awareness, to accelerate our growth and stabilize our inner knowing.

The basis of this series is to commit to daily Yoga Nidra practice, with focused intent, for 40 days, and observe the effects in your body, mind, emotions, perceptions, relationships, and behavior.

When we join together in community, the power of our practice is magnified exponentially. Deep internal processes can feel solitary. It can be hard to fully claim our discoveries, and questions may be left hanging in the ethers. We may forget that there are many others like us engaging in healing and Self-discovery.

One of the main features of this practice series is the forum: a dedicated space online where we can share our experiences, ask questions, and initiate discussion to fully embody what we are learning.

What’s included?

40 Days of Yoga Nidra is designed to support you in going deep in your practice, while seamlessly weaving this commitment into the existing threads of your daily life. The series is structured for flexible access to educational materials so you can practice and explore on your own schedule. The forum and online meeting spaces will bring accountability and connection, giving us a container within which we can journey and still be held in the embrace of a shared process.

  • We’ll gather four times during our 40 days for one-hour, live online sessions:

    January 4th @ 9:00am MT

    January 15th @ 4:30pm MT

    January 29th @ 4:30pm MT

    February 12th @ 4:30pm MT

    All sessions will be recorded and available in the Member area for review for the duration of the practice series.

  • A total of four Yoga Nidra practices created especially for this series. These are recordings that will be available for you to use for practice at the time that works for you. Two of the practices will be shorter, and two will be longer to give you maximum options.

  • The Member Area for this practice series will serve as an open wisdom circle for the duration of our time together. Here, we are invited to share about our experiences with the practice, offer any questions that may arise, enjoy and honor the sharing of our compadres. Chanda will be moderating and may use topics that arise for discussion during the live sessions.

  • You’ll receive three bonus teachings:

    • tips for getting the most out of your practice

    • a simple Ayurvedic ritual to enhance your practice of deep relaxation

    • a process for using flower essences and essential oils to support your practice
