Autumn Passage
A seasonal home practice for remembering what nourishes you.
This autumn, I invite you into a different kind of practice.
Welcome to Autumn Passage
There is a particular moment when the season begins to turn.
The light changes.
The mornings feel cooler. The sun sets noticeably earlier.
We may still be in the runout from summer plans, travel, and the busy calendar of fall activities. School, work, and then the ramp-up into holiday season is already laid out before us.
But if we're paying attention, we can feel a quiet invitation at this time to modify our way of being. Our sleep rhythms shift and digestion changes. The body is asking for an adjustment.
More quiet. More nourishment.
More space to digest what you've lived.
Perhaps you've felt it too: the urge to slow down enough to notice what is actually happening. To watch the sunrise or sunset.
To let some things fall away.
To receive what is here.
To remember what matters.
The question is: are we listening?
It takes courage to pause.
It’s not always easy to tune in to the subtle signals of nature, especially when life is full-on.
Autumn Passage is a container for practice, reflection, and connection where we can move through the seasonal transition together and support one another in making space for quality of life, fulfillment and completion—not just quantity of activity.
Come Home to the Rhythms that Sustain You
Autumn is not asking us to do more.
Nature is turning inward. Animals are preparing for hibernation. Plants are letting go of leaves, sending seeds on their journey, and withdrawing energy into roots.
We are offered a different set of questions:
What is here for us to receive from the fruits of our year so far?
What do we need to digest in order to deeply nourish ourselves for that which is yet to come?
What is ready to be let go?
What is worth carrying forward?
In the seasonal rhythm of PrānaBeing, the movement from summer into autumn carries an opportunity to attend to deeper nourishment, assimilation, digestion, and integration. Autumn Passage is an opportunity to live into that rhythm consciously, not as another wellness program or list of things to accomplish, but as a time and space to practice listening.
To tend your relationship with your body, your senses, your nourishment, your rest, and your inner life.
To move with the season rather than against it…and see what unfolds from that process of connecting.
A Passage, Not a Program
You don't need another course telling you what you should be doing, another daily checklist, another place to fall behind.
So Autumn Passage isn't designed that way.
There is no daily homework.
No catching up.
No streak to maintain.
No transformation you need to prove.
Instead, you'll enter a spacious seasonal container where you can:
Practice.
Rest.
Nourish and digest.
Listen deeply.
Reflect.
Return home to yourself.
Some days you may practice. Some days you may simply notice. Some days you may need more rest than anything else. All of it belongs.
The purpose isn't to complete anything; it's to experience the seasonal transition as a passage into deeper awareness and connection.
The Passage Unfolds through Five Thresholds
Drawing guidance from the solar and lunar rhythms and traditional wisdom practices, The Passage is timed to anchor us in nature’s rhythm of transformation.
Rather than moving through a curriculum, we'll move through five Thresholds — each offering a different doorway and invitations to explore, experience, and embody seasonal qualities.
Arrive - Sept 14 - 21
The doorway of entering.
The season has begun to turn. This is an invitation to slow down enough to notice.
Through embodied invitations, seasonal nourishment, rest, listening, and reflection, we'll begin to attune to the changes happening around you and within you.
Balance - Sept 22 - 28
The doorway of center.
At the autumn equinox, day and night meet as equals. For a moment, there is balance.
Our Equinox Practice: Touching Center invites us to explore balance as a felt experience.
When we pause at the point of turning, tuned into the world around us, what is revealed? high standards. We focus on sustainable results built on smart strategy and real insight.
Remember Sept - 29 - Oct 10
The doorway of relationship.
As autumn deepens, we turn toward remembrance. What has been given to you? Whom do you remember?
What are you grateful to have received? What are you carrying that isn't yours to carry? What might you want to transmit forward?
This is a Threshold of deepening relationship and recognizing the past as a source of nourishment, healing, and orientation. When we know where we come from, we have a different understanding of who we are. As we are nourished by that understanding, we are enriched in how we show up in the present and the way we create our future.
Integrate- Oct 18 - 23
The doorway of harvest.
Eventually, this season asks us to harvest. To reflect on what we've received and let go what is complete.
What has become more important?
What has become less important?
What nourishes you now?
How will you walk forward into this new season?
This is where the Passage lands.
Tend - Oct 11 - 19
The doorway of devotion and inner potency.
What lives deep inside?
Here we turn toward the senses, vitality, desire, devotion, and practice. Nine small invitations offer different doorways into tending what matters.
Not nine assignments. Not nine lessons. Just nine opportunities to pause, participate in your own aliveness, and enjoy the adventure of self-discovery.
Inside Autumn Passage, you'll have access to a collection of practices and seasonal invitations designed to support your movement through the Thresholds.

You don’t have to do it all.
Autumn Passage is not about keeping up.
You are here to become more intimate with the rhythms that sustain you.
The Thresholds unfold sequentially, but the journey is up to you.
You can move through Autumn Passage slowly. You can return to something that speaks to you as often as you like. You can skip some things entirely.
You can practice every day, or disappear for a week and come back.
You may discover that the most meaningful practice you received was permission to rest.
There is no wrong way to move through the Passage.
The Thresholds give you a rhythm.
The Practice Library gives you choices.
Your own listening tells you what comes next.
Autumn Passage is
for You

Or perhaps you simply feel the quiet pull of autumn and want to follow it.
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for.
Curiosity is enough.
