This capacity is KEY to penetrating the layers of chaos in life, reconnecting you back to your wise, loving, clear-seeing, self-healing Source.

I could blather on at length about the health benefits of relaxation, effects on the nervous system, mind and emotions, etc. But if, like me, you are reaching for this as a survival tool for hanging in there with your life right now, you don’t need all that information. You just need the experience. Your experience will teach you what you need to know and lead you where you need to go next.
